Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with government agencies, military leaders, and international organizations to align policies with strategic objectives.
Prepare detailed reports, policy briefs, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate the implementation of defense and security policies, providing recommendations for improvements.
Participate in interagency and international meetings to represent policy positions and foster collaboration.
Stay updated on legislative changes, international agreements, and technological advancements that impact defense and security.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, Security Studies, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in defense policy analysis, security studies, or related areas.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in research methodologies and tools relevant to defense and security analysis.
Understanding of military operations, defense procurement processes, and international security frameworks.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with governmental or military organizations.
Familiarity with international relations theories and defense strategies.
Knowledge of cybersecurity and emerging technologies related to national security.
